ARRANGE YOUR OWN COURIER

For bulky orders over 1.7m long and weighing more than 15kg, you will need to arrange and pay for your own freight. Our staff will be in touch when your order is ready to be collected and advise you of final weights and dimensions.

COURIER POST – TRADE CUSTOMERS ONLY

For parcels under 1.7m and 15kg and under our flat rate freight, the charges are:

NSW Metro ? $20 FLAT RATE
NSW Regional ? $50 FLAT RATE
QLD Metro ? $50 FLAT RATE

Eligible parcels that are under 1.7M but exceed 15kg, are charged for per 15kg. For example: If we are shipping a parcel that meets the size and volume requirements to a NSW metro customer and the the total order weight is 50kg, the order will be split into 4 boxes:
3 x 15kg boxes and 1 x 5kg box which will incur a shipping charge of $80.

After you’ve placed your oder we will calculate the shipping costs.

Trade Customers can opt to have us call and confirm the freight cost with you and you pay the fees via a link before we ship the foods.

PUT IT ON MY ACCOUNT

Alternatively, approved Trade Customers can simply let us pick, weigh and measure your order and add the total freight costs (based on packed volume) straight to you account.

All courier orders are thoughtfully and efficiently packaged by our warehouse team to best minimise the total packed volume.

Frequently Asked Questions

WHICH CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

For parcels under 1.7m in length and under 15kg, these parcels can be sent by our freight partners Couriers Please.

For small lightweight parts that are under 3kg and less then 30cm in length and 20cm wide, these parcels are sent in satchels via Couriers First.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Your order will be processed within 24-72 hours of receipt. In the event we need to cut your order to size, please allow a little extra time. When your order is ready for collection or dispatch, you will receive a collection slip or tracking number via email. This will state your collection window or the estimated delivery timeframe.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can either refer to the tracking notification emailed to you or Contact Us and our Customer Service Team will be happy to provide you with the tracking number for orders shipped via Couriers First or Couriers Please.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?

We currently deliver to Australian addresses only.

DO YOU OFFER WAREHOUSE PICK UP?

Yes, if you NEED IT YESTERDAY! Simply select our free Click and Collect option for the fastest turn around of goods. You will be notified by email as soon as your order is ready for collection at our Brookvale warehouse.
